Position 2: IT System Engineer - Messaging

Location : Malacca
Duration : 12 months contract / permanent

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

· Industry Certification i.e. MCP or MCSE is preferred

· Well-versed with Microsoft Windows Server O/S and Active Directory

· Well-versed with Microsoft Outlook

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration and operations

· Knowledge in Network Appliance Filer Storage and MS SQL are added advantage

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Resourceful with good analytical skill and ability to perform systematic troubleshooting techniques

Job Responsibilities:

· Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 administration

· Provide 2nd/3rd level support on Messaging related services (such as Microsoft Exchange,

· Microsoft Office Live Meeting, eFax, Mobile solution/Blackberry, Viruswall/Ironport, Anti-Spam, etc)

· Conduct training to 1st level IT support team

· On-call rotation after support hours for critical or urgent cases

· Implementation of global operation processes and guidelines including documentation

· Work closely with Messaging Design team to support testing

· Project supports

Position 3: IT System Engineer - Identity, Access & Messaging (IAM)
(REF: IAM - RED-0908003)
Location : Malacca
Duration : 12 months contract / permanent

Job Requirements:

·Provide 2nd/3rd level support on Public Key Infrastructure or Encryption related application (such as CryptoEx, Secude SecureMail,

Safeboot, S/MIME,etc)

·Provide 2nd level support on Active Directory, Identity Management & Messaging related services (such as Microsoft Exchange, Live Meeting,

etc)

·Project support or coordination - Active Directory, Identity Management, Public Key Infrastructure and Messaging related services

Job Responsibilities:

·Must possess Degree in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent Industry certification (e.g. MCSE Windows 2000/2003 or ITIL) is

preferred

·Minimum 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity

·Strong knowledge in CryptoEx/SecureMail application is a plus

·Skilled in Operating System and Active Directory administration as well as MS Outlook support or troubleshooting

·Posses drive and initiative to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment

·Strong coordination skills, able to work effectively with users from all levels

Position 4: IT System Engineer - Desktop & Office Automation
(REF: DOA-RED-0910004)
Location : Malacca
Duration : 10 months contract

Job Requirements:

· Must possess Degree in Computing, Information Technology or related field

· Must possess minimum 2 years working experience in supporting medium to large Windows client environment (100+ clients)

· Experience in leading a team of IT engineers would be very advantageous

· Hands on knowledge on following technologies would be beneficial :-
* Windows 2000 / XP / Vista
* Active Directory & Group Policy
* Avery Barcode Printer, Thin Clients

· Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications and able to coach others

· Able to speak fluently in English and communicate effective in writing

· Posses a strong drive to succeed and able to be a positive example for others

· Experience in participation in IT infrastructure projects is beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead / involve in team of IT engineers to provide on-site technical support for 2500+ Windows clients & attached peripherals

· Provide on-site technical support to end-users on Windows client related issues

· Formulate strategies to promote Operational Excellence while maintaining cost

· Involved in projects to promote Operational Excellence

Position 5: IT System Engineer - Test Engineer

Job Requirements:

· Tester administration skill

· General data center operation knowledge

· OpenVMS administration skill

· Backup administration skill

Job Responsibilities:

· Ensure proper management of assigned assets in accordance to prescribed asset life cycle management policies & procedures which include

:-
a. Procurement
b. Installation, staging & testing
c. Delivery & implementation
d. Redeployment
e. Decapitalization & scrapping

· Coordinate demands from various users, produce simple project / implementation plans, assign tasks to relevant resources to ensure timely

delivery.

· Responsible for administrating, monitoring, upgrade and maintenance of servers, server software, system and system/server security

· Escalation to higher level when needed according to SLA

· Provide incident & change management services to users regarding hardware and software
a.Tester :-

Hardware :-
i. Tester PC and devices built in into the tester PCs (Testers platform : HP AOT,FET,MMCi,LTX,MicroFlex,A360,IP tester,A565)
ii. Basic network troubleshooting

Software :-
i. Operating systems (DOS, MultiDOS, Windows 2000, SUN Solaris 8, Windows NT, OpenVMS, SUN Solaris 2.5.1 )

b. OpenVMS :-

Hardware :-
i. Servers and devices attached to the servers
Software :-
i. Operating system (OpenVMS)
ii. Monitoring software for servers
iii. Other company related applications

c. Backup

Hardware :-
i. Tape library and devices attached to the servers
Software :-
i. Operating system (Legato)

d. Troubleshooting Support :-
i. Remote support : Done via telephone, e-mail or using remote control tools
ii. Onsite support : Physically present on site

e. Incident Management : Rectify problems / error reported and restoring the service to its original working condition.

f. Change Management : Implement changes to hardware and software as requested by users

· Ensure required operation documentation is kept up-to-date

· Manage Data Center facilities : Server racks, power supply, UPS, lighting, data center access system, CCTV system, fire surpression

system, raised floor

· Ensure operation documentation is kept up-to-date

Position 6: IT Engineer - Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer
(REF: SOFTWARE-RED-0910006)
Location : Malacca
Duration : 6 months project
Job Requirements:

· Candidate must posses Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

· Well-versed with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, IIS, W2K client, Vista Client for IE6, IE7, Firefox

· Well-versed with SDLC especially in design, develop, and testing.

· Good knowledge in ASP.net ,C#.net and Oracle 10G equal or above

· Knowledge of Workstream (Remote Workstream Connection), Lot Traveller used in production floor, Tibco RV (basic concepts), and basic

semiconductor know how will be added advantages.

· Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must posses Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

· Well-versed with Microsoft Windows environment, Unix, Linux

· Well-versed with SDLC especially in design, develop, and testing.

· Good knowledge in Postgres Sideline

· Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
