Job Responsibilities:
1. Report and monitor daily performance of tele-interviews conducted in regional center
2. Manage a team of interviewers (who are responsible in conducting tele-interviews)
3. Assisting the Field Manager in preparing schedule and roster of Call Center agents

1. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa (Mandarin an advantage)
2. Some work experience (any industry)
3. Able to work flexi hours (weeknights/weekends)
4. Able to start work immediately
