Position: Customer Service Executive

Salary: Max RM1800.00
Job Descriptions:
•The Customer Service Executive is responsible for the design administration and order management of carton packaging business, which require him/her to work closely with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
•Executes supply chain order fulfillment : order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics
•Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement on supply chain service level
•Drive rolling forecasting from co-planning approach with customer’s counterpart
•Apply collaborative planning to secure supply chain efficiency
•Drive continuous improvement of inventory level, take ownership and promote Make to order
•Develops intimacy through physical visits to customer
•Drive front-office to increased productivity
•Build and develop- close relationship with customers, colleagues and suppliers
Job Requirements:
•Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
•Strong at calculation as this job require a lot of calculation
•MUST proficient in both written and spoken English.
•Customer oriented
•Able to work under pressure
•Self starter and independent
