Responsibilities:
- To attend to incoming telephone enquiries & complaints from customer pertaining
to Telco product & services.
- Attend to customer queries tactfully and professionally.
- Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer
expectations.
- Courteous, competent, professional when handling customers call.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field.
-No Experience required, Fresh Graduates & SPM school-leaver are encouraged
to apply.
- Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin / Cantonese speaker will have an added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication skills, PC literacy & have positive
attitude.
- Training will be provided & able to work shift hours.
- Must be willing to work in KL Sentral / KL Capital Square
