We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as a Account Executive & Admin Executive.
Location : Base in Danau Desa
Requirement for Admin Executive:
•Min Diploma or equivalent in any discipline (prefer with 1-2 years experience)
• Computer literate. (Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Good command in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese (prefer with able to write Chinese).
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
• Preferable 21 years old and above male and female.
Responsibilities :
• Perform general administrative or secretarial tasks.
• Prepare related report, documentation.
• Inventory checking. (Office requirement)
• Handling incoming or outgoing calls.
• Coordinate daily operations.

Requirements for Account Executive:
•Possess at least Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Accounting or its equivalent.
•Prefer 2-3 years working experience in similar fields.
•Candidates must be able to manage full set accounts.
•Knowledge of using UBS system will be an added advantage.
•Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu & Chinese.
•Able to meet deadline.
•Self motivated good interpersonal and possess initiative.
•Independent and able to work in team as well.
•Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities:
•Assist month end closing.
•Update daily transactions into accounting system.
•Handle Full Set of Accounts, Cashbook, Staff Claims; etc.
•Liaise with external parties.
•Ad-hoc finance task.
