Position with a subsidiary of an MNC, located in KL. The company is dedicated to solutions-based consulting and custom application development in Asia, a globally active IT service provider with over 30 years of experience with specialization in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities:

1.Implementation of Internal Project Control system, which include help to compile all necessary information to set up the internal PC system.

2.Work closely with developers and consultants to get internal PC system implemented

3.Project manage the internal system implementation

4.Test the system and train the internal users

5.Compile user documentation

6.Support Internal Project Control System by setting up new Customers and Projects.

7.Help the Consulting Manager to inquire on resources and book resources

8.Distribute Tasks to Consultants and Developers

9.Track original estimation, external and internal budget

10.Status Updates, Change Requests, Time line changes or resource changes

11.Assist in preparing invoice proposals and get approval by Project Managers for invoicing

12.Periodic BI & Reporting

Requirement:

1.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Project Management from a reputable university or college.

2.Keen interest in project management or system

3.Knowledge and experience in MS SQL/Microsoft .NET framework is an advantage.

4.Excellent communication skills

5.Applicant must be Malaysian citizen
