We are looking for 3 software programmers would like to join venture with us to build a recruitment related job engine

Currently we are in the early stage to start new software business in job engine and recruitment solution (something similar to those famous internet recruitment website). We are looking for enterpreneurship and ambitious technical expertise to join venture with us in this new business activity.

Concept Descriptions & your return:
This is a purely join venture (JV) job and no salary will be given prior the business success. The join venture concept will expect techincal expertise to invest relevant technical afford to complete the system wheras we responsible on system architecture, business model, sales and marketing activities. You may expect a proportional profit will be shared base on the revenue returns. On top, a new business entity (a new company) will be established (after the beta version ready) to hold the common IP rights and proportional company shares will be allocated to the JV members. A mutual agreement is available to govern joint venture entities mutual benefits.

Job description
We will form a team of 3 JV software developers, 1 JV graphic designer and we expect beta version will be completed in 4 months.
Technical job includes:
Manage projects to make sure tasks are done correctly.
Develop web application and web service
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of the web application.
Has the right attitude to improve and progress.

Job Requirements:
strong knowledge of asp.net
strong knowledge of c#.net or vb.net
strong knowledge of sql server (both 2000 & 2005 version) stored procedure
strong knowledge of page events and objects such as session and application
SOA, web service
solid .net experience, however fresh graduate may apply as well especially those whose is going to study master degree.
Required language(s): English and Chinese.
Malaysian only (Klang Valley resident), foreigners need not to apply
