Job Summary :

To ensure quality / process specifications, sampling methods and perform inspection as per established procedures in accordance to HACCP / GMP process flow.

Requirements

- Male or female age 25 – 35 years
-Posses Degree in Food Science, Food Technology etc (other related Food
Processing)
-vast knowledge in ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP QMS.
-matured, dynamic and able to lead a team of QC Assistants and QC Inspectors.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both in writing and verbal.

Responsibilites

1.Chair weekly and monthly QC meeting with QC Department
2.Ensure effective control of QMS documents and records.
3.Ensure in coming, in process and out going quality check are performed.
4.Ensure measuring and monitoring instruments, methods, procedures and equipments are calibrated.
5.Implement continuous improvement on QC related activities.
6.Educate and train ALL having ANY contacted personnel with food products to aware the cleanliness and hygiene practice.
7.Liaise with related government agencies i.e. MATRADE, SMIDEC, CUSTOM, MITI, Malaysia Cocoa Board, Department of Health, NIOSH etc on looking future opportunities.
8.Conduct lab test with private laboratory and arrange test fpr Health Certificate required by customers.
9.Assist QC assistant on Goods Return QC checking and to monitor Stock Return and Stock Destruction process flow.
10.Shall act as the QMS Management representative.
11.Perform performance appraisal for QC staff.
