Ceiling Technology is a mid-sized specialist plasterglass ceiling contractor consisting of an excellent management team coupled with a highly experienced project management team operating from our Kuala Lumpur office. In line with our business expansion, we are looking for Site Supervisor.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the execution of construction work to ensure smooth running of the project
- Ensure proper planning and organization of site work, setting out, optimal usage of materials, equipment, machinery and manpower
- Ensures quality and safety of construction work and preparation of site documentation
- Controls site costs and productivity
- Monitors mobilization / demobilization of equipment and machinery
- Checks and limit the wastage of materials for the project
- Works with subcontractors for proper execution of work
- Trains and guide juniors on site work
Basic Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/\”O\” Level, Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
