Requirements

- Reporting to the General Manager
- Matured and able to communicate in fluent English & Malay. Additional skills in the many dialects in Chinese will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in similar industries (other industries shall be considerable)
-Possess own transport, a valid international passport and willing to travel to attend local and overseas exhibitions
-Interested in chocolatier & gourmet
-Diploma / degree in commerce studies: Advertising/marketing/management etc.
-An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills as well as good command in English
-Excellent leadership qualities to develop and manage a motivated sales team as
well as experience in implementing quality service are essential
- Able to develop and execute sales & marketing plans including budgeting and
developing & implementing policies & strategies.
- Able to manage the advertising, publicity and promotional strategies, implement action plans, promote / generate sales from local and international markets -responsible for developing new products and improve on the existing product features according to market requirements and to provide promotional activities to support the sales team and customers.
-Initiate the development of new products, product improvements, develop new
markets and improve market shares.
-Provide product information to customers to satisfy their requirement.
-Develop and prepare training material for customers.
-Develop and prepare promotional material i.e. catalogues
-To initiate / investigate customer complaints and initiate corrective action.
-To supervise packaging, sample request and product registration
-Develop, recommend and implement agreed advertising and promotions plans.
-Assist the General Manager in formulating the marketing objectives, strategies,
budgets and plan for the product assigned.
