Ceiling Technology is a mid-sized specialist plasterglass ceiling contractor consisting of an excellent management team coupled with a higly experienced project management team operating from our Kuala Lumpur office.
In line with our business expansion, we are looking for Administrative Assistance/Executive.
The key responsibilities:
- Preparation of documentations in both English and Malay.
- General receptionist & clerical duties.
- Preparation of Invoices and Delivery Orders.
- Preparation and Recording of Daily / Monthly Reports for the Management.
- Assistance in product despatch scheduling in liaison with the customer.
Basic Requirement:
- A diploma/SPM holder with less than 2 years of experience is encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must possess general skills in Word Processing, Excel and other basic computing skills.
- Exposure to Logistics, Manufacturing or Construction industry would be beneficial.
- Monthly Starting Salary from RM 1500 to RM 1,800.
