A health and wellness company is urgently looking for candidates for the above position.

Requirements:
Honest and hardworking
Chinese and can speak in Mandarin
Male or Female, 21 years old and above
Pleasant personality
IT literate and with typing skills
Those with at least one year experience will be given preference
Very good spoken and written communication skills in English and must speak and write good Bahasa Melaysia as well
Must be able to deal with difficult people and with people from different races

Responsibilities:
1. Key in Team Member Application Form and Agreement into Vista software, ensuring accuracy of data entered into computer system.
2. Process Team Member product orders: receiving payment, invoicing and releasing of product orders.
3. In-charge of attending to member inquiries regarding their accounts as well as other concerns in doing their Vemma business, including follow up phone calls about autoship and other issues related to member’s accounts.
4. Guests registration and reception.
5. Shipping, including processing of documents for shipping/delivery, and liaise with courier company regarding stocks for delivery.
6. Processing Returns Reports and ensuring that a report is made to the Asia Returns Department daily.
7. Maintain an up-to-date not ship verified reports, ensuring that unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours.
8. Daily stocks count
9. Preparation of correct sales report.
10. Ensure that enough stocks are available in sales counter area.
11. Attend to phone calls and liaising with vendors (when needed).
12. Assist in preparation of company’s special events.
13. Take charge of orderliness in sales counter area.
