Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Director of the Company.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangement and attending to internal and external correspondence.
• Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping important documents.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle work pressure.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial studies, PSC or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of professional secretarial experience with strong administrative, organizational and shorthand skills.
• Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multi-functional/routine tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be proficient (written & spoken) in English.
• Able to work independently and under pressure with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office especially Power Point & Internet Savvy.
