Account Manager
• Responsible for driving the sales of ERP application solution.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and all related KPIs.
• Develop existing customer base and expand new business opportunities with selected major customers.
• Identify business opportunities, develop sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecast that meets and exceeds sales target
• Formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the assigned market segments/ customers.
• Demonstrate unique value proposition to reinforce company reputation as a quality solution provider.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams as well as other internal parties to share the accountability for managing customer accounts successfully.
• Build up good relationship with various external business partners, distributors, vendors for driving sales result.
• Maintain and development excellent customers relationship.
• Responsible to engage in the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Work closely with Pre-sales to position proposed solutions to meet client requirements
