It is good if you have experience in power electronic experience as the PCB that you are going to draw is power adaptor.

I am a fresh graduate from UM, majoring in pure physics, took electronics course in UM, and have 6 months experience in making a RF circuit board for my final year research purpose. I have experience using Protel Altium DXP and even cut out the circuit board by using circuit cam and board master.
