no need to find people for translation

just goto http://translate.google.com to do your work
i believe every people will to go translate the word from that first then,do a bit changes to complete their translation jobs.

so no nid to waste much money to find people.

Any person that has any amount of experience in writing at all can tell you the things churned out by a machine are barely understandable, much less suitable to be used for any professional projects.

For internal use, maybe. But if you post anything done by Google Translate in public your company’s just gonna be the laughing stock of the community.

Even a good editor would find it difficult to salvage a decent line from that mess.

I disagree, as translation + auditing = need skills + time consume .
if the translation is not adequate ,it will miss- leading the readers.

regards,
XXXX
