Responsibilities :
1. General secretarial & administrative duties such as filing, attending phone calls, faxes, typing, correspondence, travel arrangement & hotel reservation & appointment
2. Assisting Managers in customers service enquiries during hampers sale for Christmas & other festival season.
3. Handling hamper sales and liaising with accounts department & store dept on deliveries hampers orders and other ad hoc duties which may require from time to time.
Requirements :
1. PSC holder with at least 3 years’ working experience in a secretarial or administrative position.
2. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
3. Initiative, resourceful, self motivated individual with a high degree of integrity.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
5. Able to work long hours especially during festival season Christmas.
6. Pleasant personality, preferably age between 26 to 35.
Others :
1. Salary range – RM 2,500 to RM 2,800.
2. Working days/hours :
Monday to Saturday - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday - 9.00 am until 1.00 pm
Sunday - Rest day
3. Able to commence work 15th November till 14th February 2010.
