*Responsible for the financial and management accounting functions of the assigned entity
*Assist in financial transactions, statutory reporting, general administrative duties and daily operations
*Preparation of budgets, cashflow forecast, project costing, yearly accounts and schedules for audit purposes and tax computation for tax estimates
*Liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and other regulatory bodies
*Accounting and financial compliance work inclusive of review, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures and internal control effectiveness
*Tender costing and review of contracts and agreements
*All other duties necessary in relation to accounting and financial matters
