Responsibilities
- Provide first and second tier support for security related issues and problem.
- Monitor the status and performance of security support services rendered and perform first tier resolution.
- Keep log of user problems for reference and reporting
- Perform root cause analysis of problem resolved
- To liaise with vendor on replacement parts.
Skills requirement
Firewall/Proxies/VPN/DNS such as Checkpoint, Netscreen, Cisco etc, IBM ISS Network Intrusion Prevention
The resource will be required to work on shift from Monday to Friday. 2 shifts are currently covered, midnight to 8am and 8am to 4PM. They are also required to be on call.
