We are looking for individuals who meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- Able to provide first level technical support to help customers resolve problems related to broadband wireless, wired Internet access, Operating Systems, email clients & any other PC related technical issues
- Able to respond and follow up promptly on all customer requests (via calls, emails or other means) and provide timely responses to enhance quality customer experience
- SPM or Diploma from an accredited tertiary institutions, preferably in the fields of Information Technology, Networking, Computer Studies or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a service industry will be an advantage
- Able to work on shift rotation
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
Salary RM2,000 & above per month (Basic + Allowance)

May I know when is the expiry date? If I’m interested can I start working after 21st of February?
Your shift rotation is from what time to wat time?
I used to work in Computer Shop as repairman before for around 6 months and I have studied Foundation in Information Technology.
I can speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hokkien too.
You are able to let me start working after 21st of Feb I will submit my official resume to you.
