We are a leading broadband consultant company in Malaysia, now looking for Customer Service Representative.
Office located at Jalan Genting Klang, Setapak
Role:
- Promote a suitable products and services to customers
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment
Remuneration:
- Salary (depending on experience/qualification) + Commission - RM800 - RM2500
Requirements:
- At least SPM
- Able to work independently
- Be able to speak & write English & Malay fluently
- Open race, prefer FEMALE
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
