Role:
Human Resource & Administration Senior Manager
Position : Senior Manager
Department / Unit : Management Team
Supervises : Human Resource, Administration and Operation Department
Remuneration: negotiable, starting from RM5k above.
Requirements:
Responsibilities in Human Resource & Administration :
1. Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
2. Verify and implement strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
3. Oversee and implement compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
4. Coordinate and monitor the entire group of Human Resource and Administration’s subordinates in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Essential community communication and company employee counseling.
6. Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
7. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on charges to accomplish company goals and objectives.
8. Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
9. Verify and implement short – and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
10. Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
11. Present Senior Management Meeting(SMM), schedule and chair the department’s meetings.
Responsibilities in Operation :
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, properties, systems and controls.
• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
• Calculate compensate of Technician Profit Sharing (TPS) Report for entire Operation Staffs.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Authorities :
1. Authority signatory of payments, requisitions, forms and etc…
2. Authority signatory of invoices.
3. Authority to view the entire employee profiles, payroll and statutory matters.
4. Final approval leaves for the entire resources.
Education, Qualification, Experience and Skills :
1. Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Finance & Accounting.
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in related field and experience in a leadership role for a large division or company.
3. Knowledge of Public Relations and communication techniques.
4. Knowledge in Employment Act 1955
5. Knowledge of office processes, procedures, company rules & regulations and technology.
6. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
7. Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs, develop and implement new strategies and procedures.
8. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to lead, coach, motivates and guide subordinates.
10. Ability to read and interpret accounting and financial reports.
