Role:Senior IT Helpdesk Analyst-AS400

Remuneration:RM4000. Anything above will be considered depending on qualification and skills.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and provide IT solutions to meet business requirements
• Design and develop IT solutions according to established standards and best practices. For the experienced positions, the successful candidates will play a
supervisory role.
• Arrange and conduct testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours
• Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions
• Maintain a good working relationship with users

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field required for this
position.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience with knowledge of RPG and CL
• Knowledge in BPCS will be an added advantage
• Proactive, reliable and independent, able to guide subordinates
• Good team player, able to cope with pressure and adapt to dynamic working environment
• Good command of written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to handle people of different levels, functions and geographic location
