This company claimed that they are not modelling company but talent company which meet the talent girls have to the requirement of their client in TVC or print ads. This company looking for girls because they need girls to purchase their make up product namely SHADES OF BEVERLY HILLS and BERRYNE. First they said that they will provide training to them who are selected like from thousands girls they only choose 40+ and of course they would say, “I want to select you” or “You are selected” or etc. They would say that the training cost RM 2000 and it was sponsored by their company. The make up range from 350 to 800++.

However, going under the training doesnt guarantee girls to get job as it is a freelance, and girls can only wait for calls. Also they have something like agreement. I signed it, then later ignored it. I’m not sure if they would take action as they are scam co.

omg..i fell for those scammers (top universal pyramic enterprise)..i paid rm175 and yesterday their PR called me and when i asked which company around bangkok bank and he said he cannot tell..thats when i knew i’ve been scammed…but i just wait and see next week if that particular company will call me.well IF…

Both also did not contact me till now.

But after i went thru every info in the member area, i realized that was only scam as the websites provided were not exsit at all. Looks like I have also been cheated by the company Mega Access Resources in Imbi Plaza which promised me a home-based data entry job within 2 days of signing the agreement where I had to pay RM165. The company had a staff called Liz who eagerly called me the following night after I went for an interview with her telling me that a construction company was going to give me the data entry job. After I signed the agreement, I was told to wait for the company to call me for a briefing a week later. Thereafter, when I followed up, a Mega Access customer care staff, by the name of Izuan said the construction company had cashflow problems and could not recruit me. I was told to follow up every now and then to see whether they have any other vacancy for me. I also asked for a refund but Izuan said the fee was to cover documentation charges, etc and thus not refundable. I have been calling over the last 2 weeks without any success. I also noticed that Mega Access advertised frequently in the Star Classified section but each time they change the contact person. The number they advertised is 21480046 while their customer care line is 21429962. I wonder whether any of those scammed by this company intends to file a complaint against this company with the Consumers Tribunal.

I found them vide Star classified looking for data entry home based work. After the interview with GMM, they called me saying a travel agency confirmed tht there is assignment for me (RM500 per assignment)and asked me to pay RM159 for consultation fees. After paying them, no news from the travel agency. I called GMM several times but they give lots of excuse. Checked out from web and found out tht GMM is a scam but too late. I am going to filed a complaint to Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna M’sia. Some people have got their refund through Tribunal.

I found the job in The Star News Paper… I go 4 interview n a malay worker interviewed me and asked me to pay Rm180 as agency charge. He said the charge is use 4 protect us from being cheat by the company, if the company did not pay us the salary, we can claim from them.
He told me the client they found is at Angkasa Raya, its a travel company.He say the company will give us and assignment about 50-60 pages, we had to finish within one week. The company will pay us RM500 on the spot when we return the assignment.
After the interview section,i told my fren about tis. He told me that it was a scam company, n he sent this webside to me. Fortunately i have not been cheated..

Ya ya, me too being cheated. i din know it was a scam company until i saw this website today. Details exactly similar as Mystery. Such a crap, being so polite and acting in a professional way, they try to attract and fool us. I tot the company is ok as i saw many ppl going for interview. For those who have been cheated by Mega Access Resources I have also experienced the same thing as its fishy because of the way the people are speaking and i have even called them back after few months and i told them that u guys are cheating people money and you expect to paid the fees which does not exist actually n it goes to the employees salary which i doubt it..They replied that they are not cheating n so on all are just LIES!!! Very Tempting. He also told me that the company had been in existance for 4 years. Upon further questioning, he told me that the original data will be in TYPE WRITTEN form. It got fishy and I decide to run..as why would they need our services if it is already TYPE WRITTEN??? So I told them I’ll think about it. I saw a few candidates outside waiting for their turns.

They got 5 client companies from construction/travel agencies/law firm/college around KL & PJ. They were more convincing, however, I still didn’t pay and I was suspicious. If it is so good why were the staff still working there on a Saturday? Wouldn’t they be more interested in the Data Entry jobs? Told them to contact me after they got me a job, then maybe I’ll think about it.

3)Mega Access Resources, Plaza Imbi - I only called them but didn’t go, although they invited saying today is the LAST DAY.

I came back and decided to make a search on these companies and found this site.. Its just another scam after all and I am really amazed that these companies still exist after so long even after reporting to the Consumer Tribunal? Can’t someone do something about this?

YES Mega Access. is a scam company. I paid them money but after 5 months also didn’t get an assignment. They kept giving excuses and asked me to wait.

Another one is Alan Chan from Maxis. He was a team leader from a Maxis agent company(sth like that). I was working under him during The Curve Maxis roadshow on 15 - 16 September 2007. He didn’t pay my wages. I had been calling him past few weeks but he kept saying he was busy no time to bank in money to me. Today I called him, “The number (012-3063723) you have dialed is not in service.”, this was what I heard from my hand phone. I was so frustrated!!! I never expect people working for Maxis will scam money also. AND THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME IN USING wwww.asiaparttime.com as this was the first time I used the site and got scammed but this fellow. I hope you(admin or whoever) can take some actions about this. Post in announcement or wherever to warn people about this matter.

I am also cheated by them last week, I paid them RM180.00 after all their same ventures like what you all have experienced. I kept calling them for the assignments but the same excuses they gave me!

I am going to the police tomorrow and will go to their office to get my refund back. If they do not give me back the money, I will call the police to arrest them all!

An AGREEMENT by LAW is that the contents MUST have MUTUAL beneficial clauses. I do not know how your agreement reads but the one from Grand Paramount Enterprise DOES NOT have that. It does not state any ‘agreemental’ clauses. so this is not VALID BY LAW!

What I am hoping for is that ALL of us being CHEATED ones can gather up at one police station, make a full report, bring along all your receipts and ‘agreements’ or pictures or any form of evidences and request the police officers to follow us to the respective offices and arrest them for investigation.

Another place we can go is the ACA Department (Anti-Corruption Agency). If the police department can help, all the better.

You see, I just do not want other innocent people to get cheated for their hard-earned money. These people is so FUN taking our money and just dissappear! What about US? Who is protecting us?

If we all can TEAM-UP and go after them, then we may save others too!

I got an interview and actually went there.. to Solar Vision last Saturday n on monday I got a call from Hani in Solar saying that I got the job as home typist that promised me Rm 350-500 for 20-50 pages of data entry in Word format. Beware, they keep on changing the name of person to contact in newspaper. Last month I saw was Hajar and this week is Azlia. So please be aware.

first they will claim themselves as dono wad company from taiwan… if im not wrong the name is “Xia Mei”…

second, they will ask which kind of electronics you buy the most and at last, they ask for your name, IC number and wadsoever…

i played her, its always the same woman because my house got a lot of different phone line due to some circumstances…

i believe she use a yellow page and call through the internet, zone by zone…
because there is a week my lines are fulled with this calls and after that no more…
after one month, comes again and no more…
so, caller ID shows OVERSEAS or four number (0469) 99% is them…

i am waiting for the third waves now…

the funny part is there dont know how to speak in english, too…

after i came back from school, my mom asked me if MOE is making any investigation, that was the first time i face this kind of call so i called TM’s 100 and 103 to track the last phone call but unfortunately, they cannot do so…

therefore, i request for the number of MOE and asked, they say they will not make a call of investigation through the phone…
investigation are made through the schools…

so the next week, we applied and installed the caller ID…
the results is: no number is shown…

reason? they might be using internet to make a call…

You can even go to other countries and search under the categories.

Dont trust Mega Access BULLSHIT!

Sad to see that there is still a lot of scam in workplace interview. The other one which is quite popular is the forex or commodity trader. They will not ask you money for interview. But they will need you to pay a deposit saying that such as deposit to be a remiser. And then they will ask you to sign an agreement and as a Malaysian, we seldom go through the whole agreement as it is too lengthy. After you sign it, actually the agreement also grant them the right to invest your money and later, very ahrd to get back those money.
