Eg. Registering 500 over opthamologist and searching for each optamologist's name on envelopes which contains info and notes on variety of symposium and plenary that they have signed up to be given to them in duration of 3 hours. Besides that, if there is some technical problem arises during the conference, it has to be solved as soon as possible to keep the guest happy. If complaint arises, that wil be the time the event coordinator will have a headache and perhaps a miracle. i hope the info above helped to understand life as an event coordinator.
