Job Recruitment WebSites Review - JobsMeet.com
This week, we going to explore a new job recruitment website in the town - Jobsmeet.com. They pretty new but their website look great, in terms of usability and quality of the job. Their job is updated and the variety is quite rich.
Anyway, cut it short. We are not going to review their jobs but their website. Here is our findings:
Good:
- Referral Program
- This is a good way to expand their database. We always believe viral marketing is the most efficient way of expanding your network. Anyway, good thing must share with friends. If you think AsiaPartTime is a good source for Part Time Job, then faster invite your friends to have a look at it. - Fresh Graduates Corner
- I like this section. It directly show all the entry jobs which is suitable for freshy. However, they can try to apply other jobs too, but the chances of getting hired is lesser.
Bad:
- The Part Time Job corner is empty.
. It is bad to show no job to the users. Show something better than nothing. Thus, we had proposed to share our part time jobs with them. It is a win-win situation for them. At least our jobs will share with their members.
Suggestion
- There should show a list of job on their main page just like AsiaPartTime.
. Without browsing through each job categories, they can directly see the latest posted job. - Missing Testimonial section. Testimonial is an important factor to made job seeker and employer believe in the website. Read more about Which credibility indicators give you confidence in a web site? and also give us testimonial if you think we worth it. Good or bad comment is welcome.
- Employment Tips. It is an extra bits to share with the job seeker.
Tips like, How to success in job interview? How much to negotiate salary?. All these is very useful for them to pursue a better career. Just like us, we shared our tips on Part Time jobs and introduce new things to our community members.
I would highly recommend you to have a look at Jobsmeet while you looking for a better jobs. Don’t only depends on the big boy (JobStreet).
