What? A Cow in LRT? Ya, you are right. I saw this cow on my way to work. I really respect this cow. LRT is so damn hot and pack, he still wear this >10kg Cow suit walking around in the LRT. Really
.
Actually, I saw this job posted in Low Yat forum last week. I invited the owner to share this interesting job with our community members.Unfortunately the owner rejected it because it is a HOT job
and he found a candidate. Nevertheless, it is a good job.
As promise in previous post, we made a call to Pikom, the organizer of PC Fair Malaysia. Thanks to Ms.Grace by giving our community a chance to find part timer for their coming nationwide PC Fair. For the coming KL PC Fair on 3rd-5th August, they need 10-15 part timers to work as the assistant event organizer.
For members from outside Kuala Lumpur, please don’t feel sad. Pikom also need some part timers for their events at Penang, Johor, Sabah, Perak, Kedah, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Melaka. However, there is a limited position for these location.
Since we are one of the best source for Part Time Job in Malaysia, we would like to find out the best source for full time job. I guess every Malaysian will vote for JobStreet. Perhaps, there are other small players in the market. We can’t deny that Jobstreet already taken up 70% of the job market but yet the cake is so big, they can’t have it all.
If you drive around the town, I am sure you will find out 7 / 10 taxis are carrying Job Recruitment Advertisement. 70% of if is taken by JobStreet and the remaining are taken by the small players. The advertisement cost doesn’t come in a cheap price. If not mistaken, they paid RM30 per taxis for every month. For those small job recruitment firms, it is a burden for them. With the huge fund backup from the shareholder, Jobstreet are easily control the market by market through this channel. How the small players going to survive? Perhaps, you guys are the one who help them out by finding your jobs there. I am sure the jobs there won’t pay less than the job in JobStreet.
Last Friday, we had an interview with Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS) - one of the big 4 Market Research Companies in Malaysia. Initially, we are looking for some part time job opportunities for our community. Normally, these types of Market Research Companies need tons of part time interviewer to help them on market research project.
During the interview, we are quite reluctant to fill up a required form to register as a Interviewer. We have no intention to become an interviewer but get some jobs for our community members. The staff keep asking us to fill it in then only talk
. Ok, I just followed what she asked to do.
5 minutes later, an officer(Ms.Zaireen) came to our place and start our interview conversation. First of all, she explains the job role as an interviewer in details
. However, the job role really out of our expectation because it still need a lot of manual processing such as call every possible candidate for interview. They don’t buy our idea of putting those interview process online. They too used to manual processing style which is OUTDATED
.
Today, I received a call from an IT Shop requesting me to post some part time jobs on his behalf.
We normally don’t do this for employers. AsiaPartTime.com is designed to be super easy for employers to use. But for the sake of the community, I helped him post the jobs.
Now, he is urgently looking for sales promoters for the coming IT fair at The Curve, Petaling Jaya. Their pay is quite reasonable (RM60/Day) but more importantly, is the high commissions. If you’re interested, please click here. If you are good, he will hire you again for the coming PC Fair on August.
Thanks to him, I know PC fair is coming in the town again.
Normally, we receive a lot of enquiries on PC Fair jobs, especially from college students. For the coming PC Fair, we would like to know how many of you all really interested on any PC Fair Job?
