You dine in/counter carry out/delivery. And then you must submit the receipt and survey form to me.

Reimburstment is Rm25 per assignment.

Rules
1)You can not shop the same site twice in a row regardless of the shop month.
2)The maximum number of assignments you can complete for this client per month is 10
3)No assignments can be conducted the day before or after another evaluation at the same site.
4)The number of assignments you can complete for this client on a given day is 1
5)You cannot shop the same site again this month, if you have shopped the same site in the last 1 month(s).
6)You can only shop the same site 1 time(s) in the same month.
