JOB DETAILS:
Depending on what area of KL you will be working in will depend on who your team leader is. At the current moment we have 3 team leaders. Everyday you must report to your team leader and meet to discuss overall daily progress. Meet time is everyday at 5pm-6pm. Your team leader will be your direct boss and will take care of getting your shirts, business card, brochures, etc.

Pay Scale:
Base Salary 3000rm/month (paid ont he 1rst of every month)

Bonus - 10% of every sale/close (bonuses are paid on the 15th of every month)

Cell Phone Reinbursement: Depending on how much time you use your phone for company appointments will depend on the amount you will receive.(after 90 days of continuous employment you will receive a company phone)

Petrol Reinbursement: Depending on how much petrol you use for company appointments will depend on the amount you will receive.

Background Check- 100RM. (we must do this check to ensure you are able legally to sign contracts and represent our company in signing contracts)

Business Cards - 60RM (your name and number printed on them) After the first batch we will then buy all of your cards.

Company Shirt - 60RM/each
Shirts come in sizes S,M,L,XL,XXL
For XL and XXL there is an additional 10RM charge.
All of our employees are required to where company shirts. No EXCEPTIONS.

Company Material(including a 4gb thumb drive) - 90rm
If you have your own 4gb thumb drive then use it and only pay for the printed material. (25rm)

All fees will be reimbursed on your first paycheck.

All of this must be paid to your team leader in advance before you start.

WEEK 1 and Week 2 - You will be following and working with your assigned team leader on their appointments.

WEEK 3+ - You will be assigned your own appointments and will follow up on each ON TIME.
