To be well conversant with the changes of the marketing environment and to provide feedback to the Marketing Department for appropriate action.
To work closely with Branch Sales and Service Manager, Customer Relationship Managers, Register Financial Planner and Mortgage Service Representatives to promote mortgage business within the designated are and to actively cross sell other retail products.
To ensure the collection and maintenance of high quality customer information, thus increasing the ability to service a customer’s needs and generate revenue.
Exercise due care and diligence in ensuring all anti-money laundering and KYC requirements are complied with. Upgrade knowledge and skills through training or other means to ensure effective discharge of duties.
