Currently, I have a project which need to build a mobile learning system. The system needs to be develops in PHP and most important is it must be compatible with mobile browser.

The system scope is for students and one lecturer who is acting as an administrator. Students manage to read lecture notes, do exercises and exam papers in the system using their mobile phone. Meanwhile, the lecturer who act as administrator must be able to view the student\’s results and examination papers can be updated via computer.

This project needs to be completed in within 2 to 3 weeks and I am paying RM 500 upon completion of the project.

Responsibilities :

* Build efficient and creative websites and web applications (primarily in PHP).
* Plan and involve in the overall web development life cycle process.
* Perform web testing, upgrade, update, debug, maintenance and support.
* And miscellaneous programming/web related tasks.

Requirements & Technical Skills:

* At least 1-2 years experience in software development on open source platform, PHP, My SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
* Knowledge in SEO, Accessibilities and W3C Compliant Website.
* Good understanding of database methodologies.
* Understanding of e-security like SQL injection attack, perimeter scanning etc.
* Understanding of multi-tier architecture.
* Experience with CMS like wordpress, joomla and drupal etc.
* Those with some design knowledge using photoshop/illustrator/flash will be a big plus.
* Must be able to meet deadline.
