We are an events organisation with offices in Australia and Singapore. We are starting our Malaysia office this year and are seeking for talented staff in Malaysia to join our passionate team.
This personal assistant role will be our first country representative role and you will be reporting directly to our Project Director. We are not looking for experienced staff, we are looking for someone passionate in whatever they do, who possess the X factor in personality and a “never say die” attitude, always wanting to make a difference to the world in what they do. If you have been a student leader before, school ambassador or a responsible elder sibling at home who always do your best to serve your community or family, you might just be the person we are looking for.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify media partners for each event and contact media partners and establish partnership with them
Identify event sponsors
Follow up with event speakers to coordinate for events logistics
Prepare email campaigns to launch weekly for the events
Assisting the Project Director personally for events related work
Able to travel to Singapore and possibly Australia at a later stage to run and coordinate the events
Skills needed:
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong internet research skills
Cold calling or telemarketing experience would be helpful
Reliable and Positive working attitude
Internet Connection must be stable and fast
Good and clear headset
Quiet working room
Fresh graduates with a passion in events management are welcome to apply
Training will be provided
Working hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Venue: You will be working at the comfort of your own home for the first 6 months before moving into the new office
